andymorley's pomes | WELCOME TO THE PSYCHO WORLD
Welcome to the Psycho World,
It's always there; you may not know,
It waits around, behind, below -
Reality shifts and in you go...Something changes, something's strange
Your world will subtly rearrange....
Women, wicked, like Jim said...
Ugly men whose souls are dead.Body dead or dead in mind..?
Dead in soul the psycho kind...
But when you meet one, what's to do,
Will it be them, will it be you..?We love the charming psychopath
If they don't get the final laugh,
The going gets a tad more tough
If they've the upper hand on us....This week I fought a bitter rout,
I faced a psycho, had a bout,
In her own coin I paid her out..?
Does that make me one, is there doubt...?Doubt, conscience, fear are what they use,
To gain their hold and then abuse
Maim, spoil destroy, jump into bed,
Take what they want, control your head.So welcome, welcome inside,
I am gone native, I will be your guide,
See my mask that now adorns
And hides my face; see my two horns. So the question I would ask...
We served each other just the same..
Is there a difference? I should say...
I had no doubts, she had no shame...But none of you will ever know,
Whose version is to be believed
Was she a sinner, I a saint,
Or have I just myself deceived..?

Clinical Psychologists will tell you this concept is out of date. That's because they see it as a medical condition. But really, it's just a stragegy for human life that people can adopt for all sorts of reasons - their genes, things that have happened to them, or as the result of a conscious decision...

People are strange when you're a stranger,
Faces look ugly when you're alone
Women seem wicked when you're unwanted
Streets are uneven when you're down( Jim Morrison / The Doors )
